Terrible experience. Plumber came to fix leaky toilet upstairs. After 10-15 minutes of work, he left and said work done. Went upstairs and flushed toilet and water poured out of the toilet tank. We Called him back for emergency service 6 times and he NEVER responded. But, he had the nerve to send a bill for his service! NEVER AGAIN! Terrible work and customer service. We called another plumber to come and help us as we had 8 people visiting. They saved the day! Customers beware!!!
Will never use this company again. John had to make three trips to fix a plumbing leak in the craw space that they should have found and repaired on the first visit. Was charged over $450 for the services which I gladly paid and then they charged an additional service call for the second and third trip to fix a problem that they did not fix on the first visit. UNBELIEVABLE. This company is in need of some employee training on plumbing leaks and some additional training in customer service.
Great, i called no hassle, couldn't come when they said got a discount, he came and fixed. Checked it several times to make sure, checked in with me multiple times through out. Would recommend! :)
