They worked on my drain system. Work was satisfactory but way overpriced. What needed to be done should have been done much more cheaply. Do not trust them. They will rip you off. They are liars.

Manager Alvin. Ripoff artist. Thinks I am an idiot. Charged me $125 to replace a SINGLE PVC WASHER in a basic sink. After watching it leak the moment they "fixed" it, he promised it had a three month warranty. Week later. It starts leaking again. Call him out. Says the whole damn pipe on that side of the sink needs to be replaced. New price? $975. The whole damn sink costs $975. When he first charged me he said the work has a warranty. Now that my check cleared the warranty doesn't actually mean he fixed anything (his words). Scam artist. Apparently it's a franchise and Alvin is an owner.

Service tech took advantage of my parents,being senior citizens. Refused to try and clean out sewer pipe with any device saying they were afraid blade would get stuck. Tech wanted to sell the much higher priced clean-out water jet instead. If this technician is representative of this company, then they are dishonest and poorly trained. When the driver arrived, he had to handle a complaint from a previous customer and kept my parents waiting in the sun with no greeting or explanation for 15 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
