First time working with this company and my wife and I were very impressed! Called on a Monday and they were booked out for two weeks and Rick himself actually stopped over after 8pm on his way home for the day to assess our issue. This past Friday night my air conditioning stopped working. The same thing happened to me last summer and I remembered I had called Rick's Affordable Heating & Cooling. I had saved Ricks number from last year since they had been so amazing. I contacted them on Friday and by Saturday morning my air was working. I work in the service industry and I can tell you, the top quality service and customer service that RAH offers is unmatched! Rick is just a good human and I can't thank him enough! I would without hesitation recommend Rick's Affordable Heating & Cooling! I was assigned to this company through my home warranty. I filed my claim on June 28th. They sure made it out to take the deductible but never came back to finish the job after they ordered what I needed. Imagine using a small window AC unit during the hottest months of the season. I have reached out multiple times and I still haven’t gotten a definite answer. Honestly just disappointed all around though the last person I spoke to over the phone was very nice and slightly helpful it still doesn’t solve my problem. I am still waiting for them to come out and complete the job as I speak. Home warranty customers are probably just last on their list. ????????‍♀️

A big thank you to Rick, Jason and Rob for the outstanding service. You guys are life savers!!! At the start of the heat wave my ac went out. Jason came out immediately and found that we needed a new central air unit. They got us up and running in a little over a week, and we now have cold ac again. I cannot thank you guys enough and will recommend your services to anyone that is in need. And if I could give more than five stars I would. And to anyone that has a concern or complaint about getting ahold of them, you need to realize that they are a smaller family owned operation and this time of year is very very busy. But their prices and professionalism are well worth the wait!!
