I have had two experiences with Discount Drains within a ten day period. I was surprised at how quickly they responded to my call. On each visit, Justin and Gage explained what they were going to do to fix the issues I had, answered all of my questions, and performed the jobs to my satisfaction. They were both very polite and helpful. When having water issues, it is nice to know that you can call a company that is reliable and quick to respond.

I have had this company to my house several times over the years. We have an older home and the plumbing is original to the home. This company is wonderful. Fast, efficient and courteous. From the moment you call in you are greeted with happy helpful people. Prices are at or below average. Excellent service and workmanship. Highly recommended.

Our hot water heater blew out at 7:00 a.m. and by 11:00 a.m. Discount Drains had sent someone to our house. I was impressed with the speed with which they sent someone to us and they even replaced the water heater that day. I certainly did not expect to have such a big issue resolved that quickly! They were professional and provided us with a cost estimate before doing any work

I needed a plumber for some help with a drain issue but it wasn’t an emergency. Everyone I called couldn’t come out in about five days or they would charge an ‘emergency’ rate for same day. Discount Drains agreed to come out the same afternoon, arrived the same day on time and helped me solve my problem. Very reasonable pricing. Very fair. Very straight forward. I definitely recommend.
