Mark arrived on time and began working. Explained everything he was doing along the way. This man is very professional, polite and friendly! I’m very pleased with the results. Highly recommend!

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I’ve used Pete’s several times and been pleased with the service. However, two weeks ago I called about having some work done. The customer service person was pleasant and informed me that Pete was in the field that day but would be back with me the following day. A week went by with no return call. I called back, spoke with the same person (who was still very pleasant) and was told that yes, Pete had been given my message but would not be calling me back because he was booked for weeks and didn’t want the job. I was dumbfounded at the response. I said “you mean for a existing customer Pete doesn’t even return the call to discuss options as to when he might have time in the schedule”? She said that was correct, he was busy. Unbelievable! Can’t believe he’ll stay busy for long with such unprofessional treatment of his customers. My recommendation — don’t waste the time even making the phone call.

His crew was a pleasure to have on the site and their work was precise and to a very high standard. I HIGHLY recommend Pete The Plumber for all plumbing jobs! I know that is who we will call every time! Pete and his staff are incredibly helpful and extremely nice. We needed a new hot water heater and were debating on trying the tankless heater. Pete gave us estimates on two sizes of a water heater and the waterless tank. We decided to go with the waterless tank and could not be happier!!! It actually took less time for them to install so they came under budget!!!
