Customer service was prompt, thorough and genuinely apologetic when we ran into the cost of a bathroom project that Halpin began. Estimate was $700 and 4-5 hours of labor for installing a basic toilet & pedistal sink. Was partially refunded. Ended up paying another guy $200 for 1.5 hours to do the job.

The guy that came out was very professional, however, the problem wasn’t resolved and I got stuck paying $250.
Geoff was extremely professional in taking care of a gas leak issue . Not only did he get Duke Energy over to get my gas turned on but he got my lack of hot water issue solved.
So I'm a jack of all trades, Master of none as the saying goes, and especially not a plumber. I had a major water issue around 9:30pm last night. I called 5 plumbers of which only Halpin called me right back. Not only did they call me back, Joe Halpin the owner called me personally! He walked me over the phone what to do rather then having to send someone for an expensive after hours service call. This was far and above what I ever expected from a company. It goes to show what kind of people run Halpin plumbing. EXCELLENT customer service , fast response time and saved me Hundreds of dollars! I HIGHLY Recommend Joe and the team at Halpin Plumbing.
