Mike was prompt, courteous, polite and very knowledgeable. He took care of the problem and educated us on the problem. Our bill was less than we expected and we were very pleased with the overall experience. The men arrived early & we couldn’t be more pleased. We barely knew they were here. I thought I left the TV on but one guy was just singing????. They were efficient & you can’t tell they were here. They explained everything they were doing & made sure we understood. I highly recommend this company
