Had a leak causing damage in my basement ceiling. Set up an appointment to have them come look at it. 2 days out was the soonest they could come. Appointment time was set for 3:30pm. 2 hours before leaving work to meet them, I received a call asking if we could reschedule for a later date because they were busy from someone being out sick the day before. I explained to her that I could not, I already took vacation time to leave work and that it was a serious plumbing issue that needed immediate attention. She then said I would have to pay them overtime rates because it would be after 5pm. Even though my appointment was set during their normal hours. Cancelled and will find a more dependable plumber. I would never do business with this company.
Had an ejector pit pump go bad. Browning worked us in and had the pump replaced within a day. Very nice guys. I have also used them for business needs. Highly recommend.
Before buying my home. The seller had them repair the I&I water drainage required by the city of Sidney. Two days before receiving the keys to my new home we had a big rain storm. My basement flooded to the home I haven’t even taken delivery of. Come to find out Browning broke my tile while repairing the water drainage and decided not only to not fix it, but not tell anyone. So they had to come out and repair it and install a sump pump. Completely unprofessional. The seller had to get nasty with them just to get them to come back out, the owner had to come out and referee. Don’t even waste your time.
They showed up about 10-15 minutes after I called. It was late afternoon, about 3, on a Friday. Our downstairs toilet was plugged and we had done everything that we possibly could, but needed help. I hust got home from a major back surgery, so I can not use the upstairs bathroom. They were professional, friendly, and efficient. Thank you SO MUCH!! You really did save the day!!
Great people, great service!!!
