Amazing. The plumber was punctual, nice, and most importantly, incredibly knowledgeable. I had a disastrous ordeal with LMI Construction who couldn't find the leak after THREE WEEKS of visits. Tom Schaefer plumbers found it in literally less than 10 minutes. Could not recommend them more. If they got hired first, my place may have been fixed by now. Update: Had yet ANOTHER leak from upstairs on Labor Day '18. Within a couple hours they had someone out to my place, figured out what the problem was, and fixed it. Seriously, I will never use anyone but this place. I can't adequately express how knowledgeable and professional these guys are. Try them and see the difference for yourself.

Tom and his staff have been great and very helpful. They are actually more responsive that the property manager is at my karate school. Outstanding job guys!!

The guys were professional and very nice. The area where they worked was left the way it was before they came and I'm very satisfied with the job they did. The best part is I was expecting to pay way more for the work than I did and for that I'm extremely grateful and happy.
