Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. The driver was prompt and friendly. The problem I have us, they kept trying to push the "plan" on me. The serviceman told me about the plan options, told me there was no pressure to buy, then immediately asked which option I wanted. The plan seemed like a good deal, in principle, however, because I didn't sign up for the plan before he got there, I wasn't eligible for the discounts it would have provided. So my question is, what if I signed up for the plan and had a horrible experience with the company/driver? Why would I want to deal with them again, to utilize my plan? Other companies offer you the option of joining after the job is complete. The other problem is, the price of the part was totally inflated. I found the same part online from anywhere from $200 (OEM) to $350 (Aftermarket) cheaper. He even tried to throw in a $65 filter that is $29 in stores. All of this on top of the $90 service call. I ended up installing it myself. It had four screws and two clip on wires. Took about 15 minutes. Friendly service, but way too pricey. And they could stand to be a little flexible with their plan.
