Econo West provides the most thorough maintenance on your heating and AC equipment. They provide you with a good explanation of all that they have performed on your equipment. The 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the fact that I have yet to have them arrive within the allotted time frame (e.g. 8am to 12 noon} I always get a call after noon advising me that they are running late and they will be there shortly. My whole morning has been wasted waiting for their scheduled appointment.

Called Econo West Heating & Repair to repair a drain line leak under the house that was caused by a rat that had chewed through the PVC. Promptly, Gilbert came to the rescue and took care of business and my tenants were very happy. The excellent services of this company are wide ranging and prices fair. Can't say enough about this company and especially Gilbert who represents EWH&R admirably. I give them the highest rating possible. because they deserve it.

Wayne was efficient and very knowledgeable explaining what he was doing and the importance of maintenance and replacing a couple key components. Besides his professionalism he was very pleasant!
