Tim Fannon has been nothing but trouble. He said he was licensed but now I can't find his license in the state database. He said he would be having our new water heater inspected but didn't. We spent thousands of dollars on a unit that after a month or so has already spent many a day error coding. He does not stand by his work. RUN!!!!
What people are saying is correct. He was contracted by my home warranty company to come out to fix a leak and he basically made up a story claiming that my leak was caused by rust or corrosion from cast iron pipes, therefore it wouldn’t be covered by my warranty. Well, guess what, all the piping is PVC! He was taking about pulling my tub out etc. Estimated cost was going to be $1,200 at least. Well guess what. All that was wrong with my tub was the drain didn’t have enough plumbers putty and it wasn’t screwed in tight enough. I fixed the leak myself for around $12. Yeah, Tim, take a couple zeros off that estimate. This guy is a crook and a liar and will make up stories to try to get as much money out of you as possible. Zero integrity.
Mr Tim fannon of riteway plumbing took our money after digging a hole in our yard and our home to run water.he got 2840 off of us.and never came back to finished the job also laughing about it. Riteway Plumbing Tim Fannon does not have a license to do plumbing he also has cheated several people before me me just finding this out by his employee Jason Sanders he also says if I take him and file small claims against him all he's going to do is file bankruptcy but unfortunately he don't know who I know I know about his tools and his storage locker he would also be getting a criminal charges pressed against him do not hire this guy he is if nothing but a thief and a scam artist
Made an appointment to come at 11:00. An hour later, no show. Called them. They said they had talked to Mr. Bennett and rescheduled for the next day. I have no idea who Mr. Bennett is. I'm the only person to have contact with them. Cancelled service. Looking for someone else.
