Outstanding Experience!!! Crew had expertise, courtesy, attention to duty, and efficiency in executing determination to diagnose and correct our serious problem. Proceeded step-by-step through all that needed to be done. Brought in additional resources as needed. Cleaned up very nicely. Came out on another matter two years ago in less than an hour; unable to find the problem (which did not recur); charged nothing for the service call. What more could we ask for?

Called and Scott said when they would be here the next day and they were. The 2 of them were very friendly and came up with the problem immediately and told me what my options were. Thank goodness the cheaper option worked. So glad it wasn't any more $ but they were here almost 2 hours. Very happy that we no longer have a drain problem. I would tell you they know what they are doing.... It wasn't a tiny plugged up drain....

WONDERFUL!! Start to finish. Campbell Plumbing took care of our problem, and saved us thousands of dollars compared to other plumbers. We had a different plumbing company come out in November and told us our main sewer line was broken and needed to be replaced (after using camera and snaking). After not hearing from that company for months and considering the size of the project, my husband and I decided to get as many quotes as possible. Campbell Plumbing was who we chose because they were the only ones who came prepared, were knowledgeable without the hassle of trying to upsell us. They ran the camera and hydro-jetted the line removing tons of tree roots. Campbell discovered that the "break" in our sewer line was actually a clean-out. They marked it in the lawn for us. This saved us THOUSANDS of dollars that we, quite frankly, wouldn't be able to afford. Knowing the run-around we have gotten from other companies, they made sure to take care if us from start to finish. The cherry on top was that they gave us a veteran discount. Vincent and his trainee were professional, easy to work with, and really made life easy for us. We can now take long showers while the dishwasher is running. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! You won’t find a more honest plumber out there. These guys really know their craft and aren’t trying to nickel and dime you. I’ll be using Campbell Plumbing from now on.

Campbell plumbing was recommended to me for some needed plumbing repairs. Scott gave excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable, thorough, honest and neat. We plan to use them for any future needs.
