Excellent service and fair prices. Kevin came on time and went above and beyond to discover what was causing the problem. I've put them on my calendar to call each year for basic servicing. After only one visit, I trust and appreciate their professionalism.

The work hasn’t started yet, but so far, on the phone and in person, everyone has been especially friendly and helpful, and explained everything well enough to me (who is not handy, and dreads the idea of big repairs ). We didn’t shop around, or get quotes; this is an immediate job, but so far so good. The work was done. Again, Armando and his crew were excellent and helpful and explained everything that I wanted to know and helped me understand all of the things I didn’t know I needed to know. I highly recommend the company.

We had never serviced our tankless water heater since it's installation in 2008. Kevin was prompt, efficient, and while he warned me that if the valve was damaged and needed to be replaced the cost would increase, he was able to turn the valve without incident and avoid the additional cost. The unit now runs whisper-quiet - the goal of the service.

Armando cleared my kitchen drain quickly and cleaned up the mess afterwards. He was very knowledgeable, and unlike other plumbers, he spent time answering my questions and educated me on how I can prevent future blockage and save money. I would definitely call for him the next time I have plumbing issue.
