My house had flooded and water had gotten down to the basement where my furnace was located. On top of dealing with plumbers, insurance agents and a clean up crew, I had to also check to make sure no water got into my furnace. Seth came, took a look at it, explained and showed me everything and then seeing my distress at the situation, left without charging me for coming to look at it. I highly recommend their service to everyone!
