DO NOT USE--FRAUDULENT SERVICE. I do not normally write reviews, but I don't want anyone else to get scammed by this company. I saw the ad in the ValPak and utilized Steadfast Plumbing to fix a hot water issue in my shower. The plumber broke the part (perhaps intentionally), then told me that fixing it would cost $1,500 because he would have to tear apart the shower. A more honest and competent plumber fixed the issue the next day for $150--no tearing the shower apart needed. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
Called Steadfast plumbing and they sent Manny out to clean our main drain to sewer, after trying for 10 minutes he said that he couldn't snake it out. I told him to use a smaller end on his snake and he said that he uses the one that was on it. He continued to tell me that he could power wash it out and the company charges 650.00 but he could come back on his own time and do it for 350.00. I told him no thanks. What a RIP-OFF! Don't call Steadfast Plumbing, you'll be sorry.
They do a good job ando the price is fair
We had Steadfast come out to clear a drain in my mothers house, Many Gomez said he could not reach the clog even though it was only about 45 feet from the clean out. He then said he would go under the house to check out the problem. Came back saying the main sewer pipe was cracked and leaking. Said the needed repairs would be a main sewer line replacement for half the house. Showed us a price sheet cost was almost $5500. for about 6 feet of sewer line. She did not ok the work. I had a plummer come out that i trust and he went under the house and said the main sewer line was NOT cracked, the line was clogged and it just needed a rooter of the main sewer line under the house. Cost was $300 because they had to remove the toilet to do the rooter job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND TELL YOU YOU NEED A HUGE REPAIR AT AN OUTRAGEOUS PRICE WHEN ITS NOT NEEDED. When i called Steadfast to complain about their con job employee the manager stood behind the employee and hung up on me.
