I highly recommend calling this company for any plumbing issue. The woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly polite and helpful, the technician was also polite, knowledgeable and professional, and the service was thorough and not overpriced. I will be calling them for any future plumbing needs for sure!
Had them come out and install a new water hydrant they got there at 9 and was done at 4 and was gone for three hours to get parts. I was told when I booked the appointment that it was 95 dollars an hour plus parts. They sent two guys out and a mini excavator. When I went to pay my bill they charged me for the 95hr for one of the guys and 70hr for the other. Then they charged me 170 for the excavator. The second charge for the other guy and the excavator was not told to me when they gave me the price. So a bill that should have cost me around 800 cost me close to 1400.
Absolutely horrible. One brief experience on the phone with owner was enough to turn me off. I was hung up on after i waited a week for a call back. Took my business elsewhere.
