Mc Granahan Plumbing

Called twice to schedule someone to get an appointment to have some work done on the house I just purchased in Greenville. First time gave all the details to the receptionist person; nobody ever called me back to schedule an appointment. I thought I got my signals crossed. Two weeks later, I called again. This time she hung up on me in the middle of giving details about what I needed done. The next day I called back with the model number I wasnt able to give her the day before. I asked when I was going to be scheduled for. She said probably not this week maybe next week, there were several people ahead of me. I told her I can’t hang up without having a day someone is coming out or at least calling to schedule. She said sorry that’s how it is and hung up. Very disappointed in McGranahan’s... they’ve done emergency plumbing for me in the past and I’ve been satisfied. This review in no way reflects on actual quality of workmanship. I guess it’s time to find a new plumber.
