I have used Ed's for all 3 of their services and am so happy with the work they do and the great service they provide. They show up on time and never try to up-sell me. They have always had very professional service people and the office staff is very friendly. You can't go wrong with Ed's!

Wonderful Electrician named Ron relocated my fuse box-service panel, it was a big job! Ron was thorough and polite, he corrected some additional issues with the panel for me without charge. Electrician named Josh came out in the rain and replaced cover box on the exterior of my home, he also removed a dead bird and chipmunk that had gotten into the broken box (gross)..They are always on time and always helpful. Fantastic Electricians! I would recommend Ed”s to anyone looking for affordable, quality work.

We’ve been without A/C since Saturday (yes during the heat wave!) last week. Tech didn’t show up till late Monday, despite the fact that we told the tech our fan and motor were shot and would need parts. Parts weren’t ordered till Tuesday morning. Then nothing...the excuse has been that they couldn’t get parts, then the fan came in but not the motor. What!?! And they weren’t planning to call and tell us! We had to call them and find out where all the parts were! We’re praying that today we’ll have A/C now that temps are sky rocketing again! So disappointed in this company. We’ll be going back to Morris for any future service and sales. Lesson learned.

Had Ed's today. What a scam. Drain broke o claw foot tub. Said the drain pipe in the floor was too small and needed enlarged. I had all the plastic for the job. They put the same size plastic in that was in the floor so we were scammed. They cut a hole in the ceiling as well and wouldn't have to have done that and use the same pipe that was in the floor. I hope they feel good about scamming my wife because I couldn't be there. Great scam Ed, you should really feel good about this!

What a nightmare! Heat advisory last two days and our air conditioner went out.. Ed's sent a tech out yesterday, charged a lot , said it was fixed, and it wasnt.. We called back within a couple hours and left a message on their Emergency line. They tout 24 hour service. No return call yesterday evening. We placed a second call this morning...after 15 hours of not hearing from them. Guy said he would call the tech that was out yesterday and call us back but should get someone out to look at it. Again 7 to 8 hours went by and no call. I called yet again and the tech said he just got the phone and asked where we were located. Tech asked if I was going to be home... I responded yes, I had been waiting all day for someone to come and he said he would give me a call when he was on his way. 5 hours has passed....it's almost 10:00 p.m..... nothing. What makes this even more agregious is we explained to them that I have MS. Heat is my number one enemy, as most with MS experience. I told the guy this afternoon....if they aren't able to come fix it...just say so. The broken promises and lack of concern of someone with a medical condition is beyond our understanding.
