This was the first time that I had to have my septic system pumped at my house and Neal was great to deal with. He explained the system and what I needed to do to maintain it. I will be calling him again the next time I need the system pumped.

This guy was a flat out jerk... I called on a Saturday and he was going to charge me extra to remove the lids from my septic tank and ended up cussing me up one side and down the other before hanging up on me... I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.... by far the worst phone call experience I've ever encountered
