This has been an exceptional company to work with. Every person that we have come in contact with or spoken to has been amazing. We just bought a new house and within a few days we found out we needed a new air conditioner. Houston Plumbing and Heating made an emergency visit to help us get as much airflow as possible during the hottest weekend of the summer. Chase then came out and gave an excellent quote. He walked us through exactly what we should get based on our house and the different options that we had. Chase was always available to answer any questions we may have had and is very knowledgeable. Stephanie handled our paperwork and was helpful to make sure we were getting the best option for us. Our unit was installed over the past 2 days by Andy and Landon. They were punctual, professional and explained any and all information we needed to know. The unit works great, will be using this company for all of our heating and plumbing needs as well as refer them to anyone we know that is in need.
