I had a flooded basement. Thinking the floor drain was clogged. I called timlin, rust was professional, respectful and polite. He told me it's a $159 flat rate. Once looking it over, it wasn't as bad. Ended up paying $99. Thanks guys. I know who to call and recommend.

Caused thousands of dollars of damage to my main drainage stack, duct taped it together, then left. Made my house uninhabitable until I find a reputable plumber to fix it.

Needed a drain snaked, they were very prompt with providing service the same day I called and honest with their price estimate given over the phone. Drain is emptying better than when we first moved in!
