Engineers showed up on time and were also very friendly, tidy and professional. I have complete confidence in their workmanship and can highly recommend.

Changed fittings and installed additional gas line for dryer. Professional and knowledgable.

Don't expect them to be on time! I had an appointment for them to come out at 8:30, it was 9 and someone still had not showed up. I then called and the lady said they will be here any minute, 1 hour later, they still hadn't showed. Apparently they needed to get the parts, which should have been purchased before the appointment time. A phone call of them being 2 hours late would have been nice.....
