Shawn helped me out and gave me a reasonable quote for getting my hundred year old plumbing fixed. I am no plumber, but he explained everything I should do and that needs done. Was a generally helpful guy.

Somewhat disappointed and felt cost was excessive, especially the "diagnostic cost" for a bathroom sink clog, when I did then pay for the snaking and a a pop-up valve replacement. I had two repairs I could not afford to have done. Your paperwork says things can be re-built. While this may not have been possible in my case, it was not explained, just that Delta is junk. I previously used Ben Franklin in Parma (?), which is now closed, and they were much more professional.

Shawn worked with us for a couple days on what I would consider a kind of big plumbing issue. We were very grateful to have met him because he was the perfect person for us and our home. He had to take part of the wall out and replace a large pipe and put a new one in its place, put the toilets back and seal them, etc. He was very respectful, informative, knowledgeable and friendly. Shawn made sure we understood everything every step of the way. He was available via phone and text for questions very quickly. I would highly recommend him and will absolutely call him again if something shall arise again.
