I was very pleased with the response time from Jon's plumbing. Brad showed up when he said he would. He was able to find and fix the problem in a short amount of time. Our old water heater had a slow leak and needed replaced. Drew was prompt and professional, and installed a new unit right on schedule. Everything was fairly priced. Very pleased all around. Would recommend.

This company is running ALL the water lines and plumbing for my cabin. I had no idea as to how involved it was going to be when I hired them. I couldn't have asked or hoped for a more professional company. They have been wonderful. They have definitely earned their money on this project. I thought I would try another local plumber since the one I used is typically really busy. so I gave it a try....Service Technician was polite, professional and did the work in about 1 hr. However, he presented a schedule (selling discounts)of fee reductions, based upon my membership in an "annual service" that if I sign up will reduce my future cost on repairs....Also, the cost of the service call was listed in the invoice at a reasonable rate for the area, but the residual costs(Parts, Labor, Tax?) were lumped into "Replace Frost free hydrant" $353!! I had this exact work done last summer by another local plumber for 1/2 this cost. Cost of the exact same frost free spigot at Lowes: about $30...My total cost: $423.06 to replace an outside spigot....
