I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Jim came out the day after I called to look at my current system. Jim sat and talked with me and my wife, covered all of our concerns and asked several questions to us that I never thought of, he measured our home and used a calculation program that verified the size of equipment that we needed. The next day Jim emailed my quote to replace the AC and Furnace. The word around town is that Jim's is not the cheapest guys in town, but they are fair, and their customer service and expedited emergency calls were worth it. After receiving a few different quotes we choose to go with Jim's because of the vibe, the authenticity we got from Jim, and his price for the actual high quality equipment was actually the lowest. Jim's also has gone above and beyond many of his competitors and has received nationally recognized NATE certification, and he is the only local Customer Care dealer for American Standard, and BBB has them listed with a A+ rating, all signs that Jim is a high quality person and Company. There were no high-pressure sales tactics used to try to get me to upgrade to a bigger unit nor did they try to sell me upgrades that other companies push. When I called to schedule installation, they ordered my unit that day and were able to install everything the next week. Matt and Jim Jr installed everything brand new in a little over a day. They were extremely polite and knowledgeable--- and they didn't leave a mess behind, which is huge as so many other contractors leave behind a mess, they even put down drop clothes between the front door and the basement! The company also offers a great financing option if you can't pay in full. I'd recommend Jim's Plumbing and Heating to anyone needing this type of work!

I was really impressed with Jim's Plumbing and Heating and the owner Jim. We have had issues with our old unit for several years and we decided to bite the bullet and do a complete install indoor and outdoor. We had 4 companies come out and bid the work. Jim really impressed me with his expertise, and how he would handle the install. We are so glad we went with his company, I really wish I had before and after pictures I could share, it's really amazing. His installers were very friendly and top notch. I highly recommend this company if you need a new install or service....you won't regret it.

My outdoor compressor unit went out and within 24 hours Jim's had me hooked up with a new one. Everyone that was involved was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them. Also, they offer financing which is important, and they said we can use the financing on more than just AC units.

My mother's AC quit working on one of the hottest days of the summer, so I called Jim's and they sent Jr out within an hour and he diagnosed that my compressor had failed. So we needed a new HVAC system quickly, and Jim rearranged his work schedule so he could get a new AC installed the next day. We were extremely pleased with the expertise, friendliness, and good work by all concerned. Jim and the techs were terrific, the office staff was very knowledgeable and polite. Thank you all!

We used them to replace our entire A/C system both indoor and outdoor. They did a fantastic job! They are professional, efficient and was not going to leave until making sure that every vent in the house was blowing air properly, and entire job site was cleaned which made my wife very happy. Appreciated their work ethic!
