Vienna Plumbing Repair

The owner, Bill, came to my home when he said he would & gave me an estimate on the outside waterline from the road to inside my home. I asked MANY questions & his answers were exactly ones I wanted to hear. The City of Vienna Water Dept. gave me some of the questions to ask & I researched the plumbers in this area, on the internet. He gave me a, more than reasonable estimate, along with his credentials & brought a contract when his employees came to start the work. They finished it in 1 full day and did everything Bill promised. Even down to replanting my grass with straw on top. They called the City of Vienna Water Dept. to come & inspect it before they covered the area. I was truly impressed with their professionalism & noticed they had shirts on that reflected the name of the business & the name of the employee. That meant something to me. Employees had been with the company long enough to get their name on a shirt. Lol Thanks, again, Vienna Plumbing. Wonderful job!

Took complete advantage of me came to fix my toilet that was leaking water into my ceiling charged me $350 had the exact same issue 2 months later and they came out and said theres nothing they can do to fix it absolute joke of a company.
