Excellent response and service, and fair prices
I highly recommend Tom Graff for any of your plumbing needs. When we had Tom Graff out to replace our water heater in 2010, he was very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and fair priced. In Winter 2013 we had him come out to look at our leaking furnace. He came out the same day and offered to fix the problem himself, but also suggested that since we were having waterproofing done the following week, that the waterproofers could also solve the problem, which is what we ended up doing. That willingness to give up the work in favor of what was best for us saved us several hundred dollars and guaranteed that we will always call him first when faced with other plumbing concerns in the future.
