Went into the store on Friday, Jan.13th around lunch time. Spoke to Bill and explained we needed our hot water tank replaced. Advised we had no hot water. We have the new tank just need a professional to remove the old and install the new. Was advised they would get to us early the following week. We called on Monday, Jan. 16 and Tuesday Jan. 17th requesting a return call on when they could come out. No reply and no hot water. Called today, Wednesday, and Bill answered. He was confused and asked if he put in the work order!. Called a business in somerset who will be here tomorrow. Don't waste your time.
No problem getting them on the phone, always knowledgeable, the harware store is not large or have a big stock, but efficient
