Was searching for a whole house water filter system. These guys carry the Halo which I liked. They installed it very professionally and have been great to work with... love my clean water! It’s been two months and works perfect.

Jose Perez was so helpful! I loved that I was sent a text notification that he was on his way along with a photo so I knew who was coming. He listened to me explain the problem and gave more than one option of what he could do to fix it. He updated me at every step and explained what he did to fix the leak. I would definitely recommend him and Rotor-Rooter.

Both bathrooms blocked up suddenly. I called and their tech arrived within 2 hours. In the meantime I received text updates and a photo of the tech so when he arrived I could recognize him! Very professional and efficient and he was done within the hour.

Luis seems to be the tech that always comes out when we have to call and we are so pleased with him. He always seems to know right away what the problem is and solves it in the less amount of time. Roto-Rooter is fast and truly cares that their customers are always taken care of! Thank you!
