**BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS** Quoted me 8 times the amount that three other furnace men quoted me to fix my oil burning furnace and baseboard heaters. I had a few HONEST guys give me quotes after them and was literally a fraction of his quote. Might be easier to just burn all of your money than give it to these folks. 40 years of scamming people, not 40 years of good business ethics that's for sure. And Mr, Venturella, thanks for the response, considering you never called me back or returned any of my calls after I caught onto you. I wouldn’t call you to fix the heating in my treehouse, let alone the heating in my house ever again. I’m not sure if you thought that because I’m a woman I didn’t know anything about those things or what the reason for you over quoting me was. You aren’t an honest business man, and I hope this review at least makes others be more cautious and have several quotes done before choosing YOU to do any work for them. You’ll never get any business from me or anyone I know ever again, it’s what happens when you are a dishonest business owner.
Called at 8:30 in the morning needing help with my pump for my well. I was told they were working on a water heater that would take approx 4 hours and they would be over. Said they would call. By 3 I heard nothing and called them back. At this point they said they wouldn't have time to be out. I have 3 kids in the house and no water for showers or the toilet. I could have called another place if I had known at 8:30 they wouldn't be coming. Now I have to wait until tomorrow for someone else to come fix it. I am NOT happy.
