On a warm weekend this summer our AC quit working. I made the call to Raymond's and was informed that they couldn't send anybody today, but would put us on for the next morning. Early the next morning my wife and I were having breakfast, and the Raymond tech arrived. He looked over the unit, realized he did not have the part he needed on the truck,went back to the office, returned and had the AC back up and running about the time we were washing the dishes. The tech was polite and courteous
Amazing service! I had a scheduled appointment for my AC not working, they came out and fixed it with no problem. Glad I had it fixed before the heat got bad. Really appreciate the service.
