Bill Ray is by far the best at what he does.He use to take care of all our electrical,plumbing,hvac,and any other issues when we lived in Ohio.We have since moved to SC and built a new home and couldn't find no one with his professionalism and knowledge.So we called Bill thinking there was No way to get him to come to SC to plumb and wire our home,but to our surprise he said if we take care of travel and a place to stay he would do it.Unbelieveable-All the electrical and plumbing passed all inspections on the 1st go around and we are proud to say that we have never had any issues with either one since we moved in.You just cant find a more honest guy than Bill Ray and his professionalism. I highly recommend him..His knowledge of homes is unlimited.

in 2018 I installed a high voltage subpanel. Bill Ray was recommended by a confidant, so I gave him a call. Bill came over and looked-over the project researched the materials need and came up with a plan. The installation took a day. The results were terrific. Bill took a very personal approach and worked with me the entire time. He was very accommodating. And so recently (in 2019) I had a water heater malfunction and after Rheem sent replacement parts and those parts did not solve the problem Rheem authorized a entire replacement. I called Bill because I need the tank swapped out and a three hour transport to pick up the new one. He came over and immediately started to diagnose the current problem and after some time he fixed the existing issue - which was buried deep within the burner assembly — this turned an all reinstall into an hour or so repair. Bill once again took a high interest and care to my situation.
