I called for a drain leak, tech called 30 min before arriving. Brenden was friendly, explained what he found the issue to be. He gave me an estimate that was reasonable and completed the work efficiently. I have had several encounters with Rotor-Rooter and have always been pleased with the outcome. Five stars for Brenden!
John came out promptly to help fix our master bath on a Saturday night. He couldn't get a hold of the parts at that time of night so he made sure we could have water to the rest of the house until he could get back. He came back the very next afternoon, a Sunday mind you, had it all fixed within an hour. He was efficient, friendly, and patient as he explained the problem and answered our questions.
