These guys are top notch! We had an issue and had to replace our 27 year old a/c and furnace. We had multiple quotes and not only was S&K the best offer, others simply could not compete with the warranty offers. In addition, Pete came to do our sales walk through and was very patient with our questions and provided honest and candid feedback and opinions to what our best options were. The installation went great with the techs arriving right on time. The install was clean and finished in 1-day as promised. They also showed us the system, did a walk through, and answered multiple questions we had along the way. The unit is super quiet and we can barely tell it’s on when inside the house. Night and day difference to the old unit. The connected-home thermostat and google mini assistant were an excellent touch. Everyone was very knowledgeable, never pushy, and definitely passes along that family-owned feel to the customer. Looking forward to continuing to work with S&K to maintain our system in the future. Will make decision within the next 24 hours... Made the choice... Bob was a big part of the decision... Installation Team were all “top flight” professionals. They arrived on time, explained the installation process and went right to work. They removed all the old equipment and left the work areas spotless. My system is running well and my home is comfortable once again. The new system is the most quiet I’ve ever had. Couldn’t ask for better sales or service from any organization...

I am a huge fan of Schneller & Knochelmann. About 5 years ago I selected them to install a new whole house air conditioner. They did a superb job making sure everything was installed perfectly and that my wife and I were totally comfortable with the new equipment. I have continued to use them for its annual checkup. And wow! Are they thorough! Their technicians go over everything with a fine tooth comb and provide a full report of all their work...and all for a very modest price. Most recently I noticed that the slab they installed with the new outdoor A/C unit had settled causing the unit to sit ajar. Their technician noted the issue and within a day their installation manager came out and leveled it all up at no charge. Not only is that service, but it shows they stand behind their work for years! I highly recommend Schneller & Knochelmann!

As usual my experience with Schneller was exceptional. If all the employees are as knowledgeable, professional and friendly as Scott, I would highly recommend them. He installed a water heater & water softener today and took great care not to track any debris thru my house. He worked the whole time he was here and even left my basement cleaner than when he started. Job well done!!

Nick and Jason came to my house to install my new furnace and air conditioning unit. They arrived on time and ready to work. They were prepared with all their tools and materials. Very courteous and when they got finished they cleaned up like they were never even here. The best part is that the furnace and air conditioning unit look outstanding. And the way their workmanship was it looks wonderful. I would highly recommend Nick and Jason on future jobs.
