Great Company!! I've hired them 7x now and never had a problem.
Never ever again, Called on a rental I have. Ac not working. Called on a sunday. Recording said it would have someone call me back. I did get a call. Its Sunday so of course its 24 hr. Emergency call. Guy asked what the problem was I said no ac. He said can you wait till after 6 pm he had to go to fair. He was running some type of booth. I said their are children involved. He said " are they gonna die? I said are you going to die? I'm not god." He than chuckled and repeated the same question. He said he was the only one on 24 hr call. He kept insisting he had to work this booth. The temperature was in lower 90's. I said forget it. I called another company.
I called Kevins and explained I had a mini split system and described what was going on. They sent a technician out to look at the problem. Technician showed up spent an hour feeling the lines coming out of the unit. Had not a clue how to work on the system. He took a guess added a pound of Freon, and admitted to me he didn't know how to work on it, asked me if I had the book. So he took a pic of the ID plate said he had to go research this unit. I got a call 20 minutes later and said they needed the book. I dint have it so they said they cant help me. Week later I received a bill for approx. 150 bucks, I got charged for an hour of work that a guy didn't know what he was doing. So I went in and paid the bill and explained to the person what happened, he really didn't care. Politely told them I would never use this company again, and left. I called out a different company, they came out and fixed it.
Would never use them again!
I did have high regards for this company, but they have a new person doing estimates. She doesn't know anything about how anything works. That just gives you the comforting feeling when they come back with a quote that is not what you talked about. On top of that she tried to tell me that prices inflated nearly $2,000 in the course of 2 years. So, I wouldn't recommend them!
