Great experience! We called a couple of companies to help us when we found out we did not have hot water. Mr. Rooter came out that morning and we had hot water by the time I was home from work! Thank you for your courteous and quick response and providing excellent customer service.

Mr. Rooter service representatives were exceptional. Mitch and Mark were friendly and professional. What started as unclogging my kitchen drain turned into a much bigger job. I was provided the cost upfront for each additional issue that was found. I felt comfortable having the service representatives in my home and will definitely use Mr. Rooter for any future plumbing. I'd highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone. Mr. Rooter is my "Rooter" of choice!

Had the main drain lines bottom burst, had the old cast piping replaced with new PVC, 2 toilets and a new bathroom floor to replace the one jackhammered out. The work done was great Mitch was actually my plumber he was knowledgable and good to work with, the only complaint I have is my front storm door now no longer closes properly. Update. So I thought everything was done nice and proper at the time it was done, couldn't have been more wrong, a few weeks later after doing a sink full of dishes I started to notice it draining slow, walked downstairs and seen water coming up through the shower drain, needless to say the lines that I was told to my face when I got home were cleaned out had not been touched, I know they weren't touched because there was still a silicone bead around the kitchen trap.

Kevin and his crew worked tirelessly all day to dig and expose our septic line going into our tank, so they could remove and replace bad pipes split by tree roots. We had multiple issues and they had to work on an incline in rain and heat. They were intelligent and knew what the problems were and how to fix them and prevent the backup sewage which we have dealt with 3 times! They never hesitated to explain things to us and were patient and professional. Kevin and his crew found an electric issue with our aerator that could have been a potential danger and recommended an electrician check it to prevent another problem! Mr. Rooter has provided us with excellent workers and we won't hesitate to use Mr. Rooter in the future!

I had an emergency plumbing situation and had very good response. Thomas was courteous and focused on the needed repairs. Ended up needing a pop-up drain replaced in addition to fixing a major leak and was surprised at its exorbitant cost. Hard to compare various plumber's costs when you need a quick response.
