Both Joe and Liz were very polite, kind, honest and thoughtful. I appreciate that they took their time to work on our problems. I felt very comfortable leaving them alone, as I had meetings and errands to run throughout the day. I would definitely tell my friends about Caccia. I was recommended by my friends to Caccia many years ago. Thank you
I have used Caccia several times in the past, but Morgan and his associate Nate provided the most outstanding service I ever received during our kitchen mini-remodel. Everyone we interacted with at Caccia was professional and extremely patient while I asked repeated questions about the process. But Morgan brought customer service to a whole new level with never being satisfied with anything less than absolute perfection. I will not hesitate to use Caccia again and recommend to everyone I know.
The work Ofa did was fine and quickly accomplished. Not so much the effort to set up the appointment, which took a week, or the wait for him to arrive, which was four and one-half hours. This is not to criticize the plumber or his work, which went very smoothly and professionally, but the management of the job. I do expect more for a 90-minute appointment that cost $1,300, about half what my last medical procedure cost and that involved a hospital, a nurse, a surgical assistant and a surgeon.
We were pleased with the work done for us by Caccia Plumbing. We needed a new hot water heater and they were able to fit us into their schedule quickly. Dino did a great job of installing and testing the heater. He took his time to make sure that we understood how the system worked and was very professional. Excellent service and quality of work.
Nate, was courteous and knowledgable. He quickly explained what we needed to do to fix our kitchen sink, and gave me very detailed quotes with several options. Unfortunately for us, the amount of work that needs to be done in order to truly fix the problem isn't worth the cost, as we're planning on doing a gut renovation of the kitchen in the next year or so. Nate completely understood our not wanting to invest that much now, and didn't make me feel like I wasted his time or put any pressure on me. I will definitely call Caccia Plumbing when we need to do work in the future.
