Turned on water and walked away without watching it. Flooded our house and drove off saying it's too much to handle. Did not have a water vac to clean up the flooded floor. What plumber goes without something to control water in case the job gets out of control?... Used to be a good guy years ago. Don't know what happened, but left us after making a mistake with water all over the house that was dry before he got there. Be warned.
