I was desperate, as my tenants were without water for 2 days!! I tried 4 other plumbers! They were too busy or they wanted to tear out walls, etc. and Matt was my last resort! I found him by doing a search on Google. He was here in 10 min. (He lives close by). He knows his trade and fixed the problem, with just changing the old galvanize pipe that was clogged! He has a great personality and is very reasonable... especially with working after 5:00 pm until about 8:30 for Me (he had to run to Hornell to get the right part), but never charged Me for the time that took! He works anytime 24/7! It's great to know that I have a reliable plumber from now on!! Thank You Matt!!

Matt is extremely thorough, very responsive, and stands behind his work. We had some serious plumbing issues at one of our residential rental properties in Silver Springs due to pipes freezing from severe cold. Matt was able to get out there within a few hours and got the situation under control. He made sure to be there for our tenants when the water was turned back on to ensure that his work held up. In my experience, it's been very tough to find reliable electrical/plumbing professionals in the Wyoming County area and would strongly recommend Matt for any needs you might have.
