EVERY TIME I CALL THIS COMPANY... I get excellent service! The men who come are always so polite and nice. They are honest up front and provide you with several options for your budget. They go out of their way to find the solution to your problem. You always get a quick response. Not like some companies when you wonder when or if their gonna show up.

Minutemen Plumbing has provided fast, friendly, dependable and efficient service. I like that Billy willingly offers suggestions or opinions on ways to maintain or upgrade the plumbing infrastructure in our house, but there's never any pressure or hard sell techniques. The employees in the office who answer the phone are also very personable and helpful.

Our water heater went out on a Sunday when I wasn't home, and my wife had to deal with it. She happened to be talking on the phone to a friend who had used your service and she called Minutemen and got taken care of promptly on a Sunday. When I returned from my trip the heater was installed and working properly. We are very satisfied with the service and the price. I would highly recommend Minutemen to anyone requiring that service.

I called these guys first thing in the morning for a leaky toilet bowl.. They were very responsive and quick to try and resolve my issue. The sprayer in my kitchen sink started to leak - the tubing was cut and could not be repaired. I obtained the replacement part from Lowe's. I called Minutemen for installation. The phone was answered promptly and in a courteous and friendly manner. They were able to fit me in the same day which was excellent news.Ken did the work quickly, and the replacement part works fine. Ken also took the time to briefly discuss with me some other plumbing work for the near future. He's down to earth and easy to talk to.
