I called McCourt in the morning regarding our AC unit, and Rich, the tech, was out in the afternoon. He was bright, well-spoken and very clear on the nature of our problem. He explored all the possible issues for me and did not push the most expensive option. I am very pleased with McCourt and Rich was a pleasure to deal with!

Very professional. Came when they said they would, did a good job cleaning up after themselves. And I love my new AC!

Hello homeowners or business owners , It's tough picking a heating & cooling company these days that you can trust. I called many company's and then talked to Laura from McCourt heating & cooling two weeks ago and was looking to have my furnace cleaned . Not only were they able to come in a week from calling but first thing in the morning. The Technician Brandon who came to service my hot air system was very thorough with the cleaning and took the time to answer about six question that I had. I watch the whole time this young man cleaned my furnace and of course I stayed out of his way . I was very impressed with the care that this young man took cleaning my furnace and making sure no fuel oil spilled on the concrete floor . After the Technician left you couldn't tell he was there . No sales pitch just a very professional and thorough cleaning. Hopefully if your reading this review it will help reassure that this company takes care of there customers . So hard to find good reliable service companies now a days but happy to say McCourt is the best! We called & spoke with Laura about an issue with our Central Air unit & they responded so quickly. Brandon was very polite, knowledgeable, & efficient. A great young man who cares about the quality of his work. A great company I would recommend without hesitation!
