Burke Energy

The field techs and service that I received today are the main reason I am staying with Burke. The office completely dropped the ball with setting up my new service. Many thanks to gary (id 48) and James (id 70). Give these guys a raise!

Just signed up with Burke heat for my new home and arranged for burner service and an equipment consultation - Dan (service tech) was courteous, explained the service he was providing, and mapped out what was covered under the service contract. Mike (equipment specialist) discussed energy and equipment options for my home, present and future, explaining implementation costs and any variables out there. Both knowledgeable and thus far seem to have made a good choice choosing Burke.

Please stay away from them , I was a customer for around seven years ( I was on variable price rate) , on March 29, 2019 they delivered me oil at $4.29 per gallon , I understand the price could be a bit higher because I am on variable plan but this price was almost double the market price. I called them about the super high price and I was told that their prices were high because they were a full service company and took a 125 off my bill as a favor on me (there are other full service company which charge lower price). If I would not have checked my bill they would have got away with ripping me off. I don't trust this company anymore , they could keep their full service and high price with them.

They forced a contract on me without me signing any papers. I told them that I want to shop around but they told me that I have to use them. No one signed anything with them. I asked them to stop deliver oil and even though I was told by several customer service reps that they won’t deliver. They continued delivering oil. I won’t be using them again!

I had an emergency visit as my boiler stopped working. My serviceman was Jason. He was on time, super nice , polite, knowledgable and efficient. The problem was solved and best of all there was no charge! My family has been with burke for almost 50 years and have always gotten great service.
