Richie M (2252) did an excellent job fixing our plumbing issue that came up after 8:00 PM on a Tuesday night. He was knowledgeable and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Roto-rooter was super easy to work with! We are glad we contacted them for the job.
The plumbing unit was great & fabulous. Wonderful worker fixed water leak immediately. The cleanup unit seemed knowledgeable. Worker took measurements for basement water damage. He did not follow up with insurance & misplaced measurements from damage. Incompetent!
I requested service for my garbage disposal—needed the old one removed and a new one installed. Scheduling an appointment was easily done online, I received an email confirming the appointment, I received a phone call prior to the technician arriving, and he arrived within the originally-proposed timeframe. The cost was on the high end (expected) but the plumber was professional, he was tidy, he was thorough, and you get what you pay for.
Professional service. Same day appointments. A little pricey but worth it if you have a plumbing issue that needs immediate attention.
