Lighting, Heating, and plumbing company on 7 James St, Franklin Square, NY 11010 is a dishonest company that lies, rips off their customers and allows their plumbers to double charge then tells you that they can’t do anything about it and you would have to wait until the plumber decides to give you a refund. They sent a plumber named Jerome to service our water heater that showed up 2 hours late. I told him 3X’s I thought my clothes dryer blowing out the pilot. He told me that didn’t make sense. Later come to find out I was correct. My husband found the dryer hoses came loose and were on the floor blowing out our pilot light was when the dryer was in use. Jerome came back a second time to relight it but charged my husband $210 after he told me on the 1st visit. If he would have checked my concerns the first time about the dryer hose he wouldn’t need to come that second time. I spoke to Maria the company’s assistant manager when she called me to see how things went. I told her what happened and my feelings about the charges and she agreed and that Jerome shouldn’t have to charge us the second time ($210). As per our conversation, I emailed her the actual credit card statements and Paypal charges. She told me that we WOULD be refunded and that they would speak to the plumber. After awards, I’ve had several conversations with this company trying to get copies of our two paid invoices and our promised refund. All I got was an unpleasant phone call from Jerome and lied to by Maria that there isn’t anything they could do. We are just going to have to wait for Jerome to give us or money back. Later, Maria started giving me attitude as well. Needless to say as per 8/25/2019, I STILL DO NOT a REFUND and I still don’t have our copy of the last bill $210.
