I have been meaning to write a review about Casey Mechanical for some time now. I live in Rural Ontario and have an Armstrong Air Furnace and Air Conditioning System that we had installed in 2013. Great system, great installer at the time whom decided to close his business. We did not have any issues until last winter when our Thermostat Died and I called another dealer. It was hell. For four months of excuses and bills I put up with it until I lost it. I finally asked my boss at work who he would recommend and he told me about Casey Mechanical, which they actually take care of our company as well. It has been nothing but pure pleasure dealing with them! From each Service Tech to the secretary to the owner. All have been superb and issues fixed at once. The best surprise is I am not charged prices that are inflated as the others were! A pleasant surprise having normal invoices that I am more than happy to pay for the service and attention which I receive. Do not look further, honesty and reliability are words that you can count on with Casey Mechanical. I highly recommend them!

We are new in town and in a newly built home. During the recent holidays, on a Sunday morning the furnace stopped working properly. In a bit of a panic, I called Casey Mechanical - they returned my call within a 1/2 hour and after explaining the problem to Wayne, he diagnosed the issue - a filthy filter due to the construction! He made sure we had a new filter within a couple of hours and the furnace is back to performing like new. The peace of mind Casey's customer service provides is invaluable - thank you!
