I had a sewer backup on Canada Day which wasn't pleasant...I had called 2 other local plumbers with no call back from either of them. I called Aurele St Jean, had a callback within 30 min and arrived on site 30 min after...got the job done quick and was very professional. A+ in my books

I called this plumbing company last Saturday because my tenant said their sewer was plugged. They came for a little less than 1/2 an hour and put a snake in the sewer line. The guy said there was a blockage at 15 feet in but it unblocked no problem. I expected a bill of maybe 100 to 150 dollars because it was Saturday morning after all, even though it was only a 30 minute call. Well my bill came in today 299.45 !!! Really???? 300 dollars for a half hour ? I wont be using them again that's for sure!! Signed, Gouged in Cornwall
Booked an appointment for estimate on remodel job , they never showed and never called . Called them back and was promised a call 9:AM next morning same thing . Terrible or no service !
