BP Plumbing

BP Plumbing has done two jobs for me, including clearing out my drain lines. Prompt answer, ahead of schedule service, and down to earth guys. I’d recommend them for any work you need.

I called BP Plumbing in Webster New York at 6 pm on Mother's Day.  I was ready to leave a voicemail. The phone rang just 2 times and I got a live plumber.  He was willing to come to the house the following afternoon in order to satisfy my tight travel schedule.  Lionel arrived about 10 minutes early.  He was friendly, professional and got right down to business.   He replaced two bathroom drains and installed a new kitchen faucet. All in 70 minutes.  I was totally satisfied with the experience.  I was relieved to get an experienced plumber who did it right the first time.  At a fair price.

We had a couple people take a look at our water heater issues not being up to code and then BP plumping. Brain was amazing to work with. I can't express enough good things about him. His prices were extremely reasonable (1,000s of dollars difference than other plumbers) and did an exceptional job. He put in a tankless water heater, fixed our dryer vent, and cut off plumping in our ceiling that went into our garage. He was willing to stay later and come earlier so the job could get done ASAP. He had our issues fixed within 24hrs and there was a lot to do. Such a professional company to work with. He guarantees a great job is done before even taking your money. After seeing the work Brian has done for us, everyone that has walked in our house was amazed and took his information. I will never call another plumper but him.

They are always willing to get there as soon as possible. That can be late at night or early in the morning. They do quality work for a good price as well.
