I met Steve for the first time, he has been servicing this house for years. This company offers billing options, however his company was not paid from their last visit. After I spoke with Steve we were able to rectify the payment issue. Service was rendered and I feel extremely confident that the basement bathroom will not flood. I’m new with dealing with cesspools, and Steve was patient with me asking numerous questions. I highly recommend this company..

Liar and a cheat. Told me he pumped 5000 gallons. Charged $780, I later confirmed I only have 2 1000 gallon tanks. He only pumped 1.
