A-1 Sewer & Drain Plumbing

It was an extremely great experience hiring A-1 company to replace the main line from the house trap to the main cesspool. Ismail gave the estimate for the job and left his phone number for a follow up and he also connected me with Charlie to negotiate the price. Charlie gave me a very reasonable price and sent 2 very knowledgeable gentlemen David and Pete to do the work. David and Pete explained in details the work and what will happen after they done with the work. Charlie came personally to follow up with the job and finalized the work. I do recommend A-1 company to EVERYONE who is looking for a team of experts.

John and his employees put in a new cesspool, new plumbing, Faucets, New toilet, Tub at my house. Plus I bought another house, they put in a new cesspool, new plumbing, new tub, new radiators and will be doing more work. I can't say enough nice things about John and his employees. They are always on Time, Professional, Trustworthy, Honest. I would never use anyone else. If you want an Honest Plumber, call them. I Highly Recommend them!!

Run away!!!!!!! - Do not use them. Called for them to evaluate 2 leaking kitchen faucets. Was charged $240 for Jason to come over and evaluate them. Jason told me "Good News" I can fix them. Charged me an additional $425 to fix them Now I have no flow from the faucets. Spoke to the owner who told me there's no guarantees. Basically flushed $700 down the drain. Horrible customer service.

**Update** Thank you for coming back and doing the right thing for your customers. As I recall, my landlords told me, you would leave their property level when the job was done. We know sometimes the sprinkler system can be dug up but the way the property was left was unacceptable. Of course they watched the job your company was doing as any customer would. If the dirt was delivered and levelled the day the job was completed, like you were supposed to, my initial review would have been positive. But obviously having satisfied customers is important to you otherwise you wouldn't have returned today, I have updated my review. They destroyed my landlord"s property & sprinkler system on Monday. Left gauges in the lawn so bad that it is unsafe to walk on. I have never seen such an unprofessional job. Took complete advantage of them. They just took the money & ran.

Simply the BEST!! They came over (East Islip) in an emergency and diagnosed the problem/situation within minutes - they saved me lots of money - Thanks A-1!!
